Imagine litigating a case where a hot document can not be moved from the review database to the exhibit program without involving a technician. This could mean a large turnaround time. Obviously it would be better to use software which allows the litigator and paralegal to perform this task with a few simple mouse clicks. This is a software lifecycle consideration. |
