2.08 Required Test Load - Technical Standards

The vendor will perform "test loads" to guarantee the product will load correctly. If, for example, the vendor is delivering Concordance load files, the vendor must have loaded it into Concordance as a final quality control check.

If the vendor does not own a license of the required software, it is possible that the law firm could receive product that does not properly load. This situation would require a redelivery by the vendor or billable time for Litigation Support to correct the problem and is therefore unacceptable.
