NOTE: Zero-Padding is very important. This is especially true if you have 9999 subfolders.

One of the reasons why it is important to have a standard number of images per folder is so that Litigation Support can easily determine where missing images may reside. In this fashion it is also simple to locate the right folder based upon the .TIF filename. Empty or “skipped” subfolders are not acceptable. If there is a folder 1 and 3, there should also be a folder 2.
